Dallas-Based Venture Capital Firm Growing With Third Fund

In 2023, founders searching for venture capital found fewer investors and less money. Pitchbook reports that the number of U.S. deals in the first three quarters of 2023 was just slightly higher than the number made during the same period in 2018.

Sabre Acquires E-Commerce Provider Techsembly to Expand, Accelerate its Hospitality Retailing Solutions

Sabre Corp., the Southlake-based provider of software and technology for the travel industry, has acquired Techsembly, a U.K.-based hospitality e-commerce provider.

No financial details of the transaction were released.

“Sabre’s agreement with Techsembly reaffirms our position as a leading global hotel commerce and distribution platform in the hospitality industry,” Sabre Hospitality President Scott Wilson said in a statement....
