Dodson Commercial Real Estate Rebrands to Street Realty, Moves to Fort Worth

The new name and relocation from Arlington are part of the firm's planned brand evolution in line with the vision of its new executive team, led by co-founders Alex Bryant and Ryan Dodson. Dodson says Street Realty "reflects our collective passion for urban projects and is a fun play on the fact that all buildings are located on some sort of street. We also like to think of ourselves as having forward-thinking street smarts."

Dodson Commercial Real Estate is building five new mixed-use buildings along Front Street to house restaurants, retail, and apartments. The expansion will result in a five-city-block attraction for downtown Arlington. The city's largest public accounting firm, Sutton Frost Cary LLP, will be relocating to a 21,000-SF office building that's part of the project.
