Kimberly-Clark Partners With Biotech Innovator RWDC To Develop Sustainable Plastic Alternatives

Irving-based Kimberly-Clark is seeking solutions to the world's single-use plastics problem—aiming for a 50 percent reduction in its use of new, fossil fuel-based plastics by 2030.

Biodegradable plastics startup RWDC, which is based in Athens, GA, and Singapore, raised $133 million in a Series-B round last year.
