The Reserve will feature a series of "one-of-a-kind water features" including a half-mile canal loop, a boardwalk plaza, and a six-acre lake, Stillwater Capital said. A new city hall and adjacent hotel, restaurant/retail, and entertainment spaces are also part of the mix.
