Former Richards Group Building to Be Renovated, Rebranded as One West Village

Just north of downtown Dallas, one of the city's most stand-out buildings is getting a new name along with some new internal looks. The former HQ of The Richards Group at 2801 North Central Expressway is being rebranded as One West Village and will begin undergoing renovations soon. Dallas-based CRE company OliveMill Holdings is doing the renovation after acquiring the building last year in a partnership with Dallas' Hunt Realty Investments and New York's Angelo Gordon.
