The identical twins behind M2G Ventures plan to transform the former CAN Academy campus into a new mixed-use redevelopment with a Humphrey Bogart-era vibe. The art-filled showcase will feature top amenities like an energy room with onsite Pelotons and a Zen library with ‘heads down’ space.
