North Texas’ Kimberly-Clark Sells Majority Stake in Its Int’l Tissue Business to Brazil’s Suzano for $1.73B

Irving-based Kimberly-Clark will maintain a 49% interest in the new joint venture, which is valued at $3.4 billion. The company said it is sharpening its focus on its "higher growth, higher margin businesses."
