Texas Rangers, Cordish Companies Break Ground on One Rangers Way Luxury Apartment Community

The 300-unit One Rangers Way will be "one of the most luxurious, resort-style apartment communities in the country" when it opens in 2024, the city of Arlington says. Just a short walk from Choctaw Stadium, Globe Life Field, and AT&T Stadium, it will provide the "missing piece" at the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District, said Rangers EVP Rob Matwick.
"One of the things that was very important to our company, to the Rangers, to the city, was that we create a 365 community and a heartbeat for the city," Blake Cordish, principal at The Cordish Companies, said at the groundbreaking. “To do that, you need great residential."

Planned for completion in 2024 near AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Park, the museum will tell the stories of the recipients of the nation's highest military honor—70 of them from Texas—via interactive experiences and rotating exhibits.
