Frisco’s MTX Group Acquires VerifyID.ai to Advance AI-Powered Digital Identity Verification

VerifyID.ai delivers a simple, flexible, and secure digital identity verification platform with built-in fraud prevention, MTX Group said. The acquisition comes just weeks after after MTX launched MTX Ventures, an investment arm focused on backing early- and mid-stage companies in the enterprise AI space.
