Dallas Innovates, in partnership with the Dallas Regional Chamber, once again is recognizing the most innovative leaders in AI in Dallas-Fort Worth. From visionaries and mavericks to transformers and academics, AI 75's class of 2025 are the AI pacesetters you need to know now.
Founded in 2016, Irving-based Quisitive is a global, premier cloud services provider in the Microsoft ecosystem—providing digital transformation services, managed services, and AI solutions to mid-size and enterprise clients.
D CEO and Dallas Innovates' Innovation Award winners are working to resurrect extinct species, launching autonomous trucks, reinventing military aircraft, and bringing AI into the physical world—and that's just the beginning. The 2025 awards showcase game-changing achievements—including Texas' first newly minted decacorn—across 17 categories of innovation. Here’s a look at the innovators leading the way.
The Dallas firm's latest bets: Airspace security and multi-vendor IT support. Cypress Growth Capital adds AirSight and Xcelocloud to its roster, boosting local innovation.

As UAE-based G42 nears the launch of a game-changing AI supercomputer in Dallas, it's been doubling down on its long-standing collaboration with Microsoft. Now Microsoft is going in big with a 10-figure strategic investment in the Abu Dhabi technology holding group.
The merger combines MindHandle's "brand magnetism" with California-based Liquid Agency's expertise to redefine brand engagement for consumers and employees alike. Liquid Agency’s current and former clients include Walmart, Nasdaq, Google, UGG, Nike, Nordstrom, Microsoft, and more.
The demonstration with Microsoft and Ballard Power Systems simulated a 48-hour backup power event at Microsoft's data center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Caterpillar's Jaime Mineart said the collaboration shows "the potential of hydrogen fuel cells to help data centers address their critical power needs while reducing their emissions."
With the acquisition of Jeevan, SAP and cloud solutions provider Nobl Q says it's transforming into a "boutique global services firm with a strong emphasis on AI." Noble Q's new co-chairman is Jeevan Chairman and CEO Nepoleon Duraisamy—a former Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment of India who has been an actor in around 150 Indian movies.
The forum aims to ensure safe and responsible development of frontier AI models that could "exceed the capabilities currently present in the most advanced existing models." A core objective: Collaborating with policymakers, academics, civil society, and companies to share knowledge about trust and safety risks. "We're all going to need to work together to make sure AI benefits everyone," said Google and Alphabet's president of global affairs.
TRIPBAM says it's the industry’s only provider of fully automated, always-on auditing technology to track and review corporate travel pre-trip spend, corporate negotiated discounts, and supplier contracts. Its tech constantly compares current prices with customers’ travel reservations, automatically rebooking a flight or hotel room if a lower price is available.
Some things you just gotta keep cool: your temper on the Tollway at 8:45 a.m., your drink after work, and—maybe we should've put this first—data centers. All those endless rows of servers generate heat, which is why cooling accounts for nearly half of a data center's electricity usage. Now a team led by UT Arlington's Dereje Agonafer is developing hybrid cooling technology that could save "a massive amount of money in energy costs" for both current and future servers.
The request was made in an open letter signed by major players including Elon Musk, co-founder of OpenAI, the lab that created ChatGPT and GPT-4; Emad Mostaque, founder of the London-based Stability AI; and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. More than 1,000 artificial intelligence experts, researchers, and backers signed the letter, including academics from UT Dallas.
The foundation's $626,000 grant will be used by Irving-based Celanese Corporation to produce a refillable contraceptive implant. The project's goal is to help women in developing countries who lack access to modern contraception options, and could benefit from more flexibility and control.
To develop the device, Celanese will use its VitalDose drug delivery platform, an implantable device for controlled drug release that’s been used commercially in the U.S. and Europe.
With a grant from the McKinney EDC added to its $2.9 million 2021 seed funding round, Aiden Technologies is moving to Serendipity Labs in McKinney's Craig Ranch Development. The startup has been on a tear since it launched its tech a little over a year ago. With offices in New York and California and $1 million in annual recurring revenue, it plans to grow its team and expand its market.
The investors joined Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and others committing a total of $120 million to the MLC.
Noted sports architect HKS is designing a "world-class" Major League Cricket stadium in Grand Prairie. Upon completion early next year, it's expected to be the leading venue for cricket in the U.S., the MLC says.
