Dallas’ HALL Arts Hotel Joins Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection

With the move, the hotel in the downtown Dallas Arts District joins a global portfolio of over 340 independent hotels, each known for their distinctive design and immersive stays, while building on its reputation for art-forward, wine-driven hospitality, HALL Group said.

The development will feature Marriott brands AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel, bringing 264 upscale rooms, modern amenities, and unique lifestyle offerings to Uptown Dallas' McKinney Avenue corridor, said Atlanta-based PE firm Peachtree. The project is expected to open in summer 2026.

The Sinclair, Autograph Collection celebrated its grand opening last week with a Roaring Twenties party, and Intel hosted a drone show in its honor. The firework-like display featured 500 drones that shifted between themed scenes (and had passersby wondering what was going on in the sky).
