The Loop Dallas announced that Rick Perdue has been named president of its board of directors.
The Loop is the premier urban active trail network around the core of Dallas, connecting neighborhoods to transportation hubs and economic opportunity.
The organization said that nearly 10 years ago, Perdue identified a connected trail system as the next catalyst public project for Dallas and began working toward that goal....
