HackUTD Event to Draw 1K+ Student App and Hardware Makers This Weekend

Starting Saturday at UT Dallas, more than 1,000 university students from across the country will red-eye their way through a 24-hour hackathon—creating new apps and hardware from scratch to meet challenges from corporate sponsors. More than 200 projects will be on tap—with $50,000 in prizes for the winners.
