With a valuation of. around $400 million, Santiago, Chile-based SONDA is an IT firm focused on digital transformation services—with a special focus on helping to create "smart cities." Its regional presence stretches from the southern tip of South America all the way up to Mexico, and now it's Dallas-bound after choosing the city for its North America HQ.
