12 Acres in Addison Acquired for Planned Addison Innovation Center

“There is pent-up tenant demand for functional industrial space in infill Dallas,” said Colby Everett, director with Houston's Lovett Industrial, which acquired the Addison property along with Dallas-based Rosewood Property Co. "We look forward to partnering with the city of Addison to retain and attract great companies," Everett added.
