Dallas-Based Integrity Marketing Group Gets $1.2B Investment to Propel Growth in Insurtech

With a minority stake investment from Silver Lake, Integrity plans to accelerate the development and implementation of its omnichannel insurtech platform—the only one of its kind, according to the company. The deal bookends a big year for Integrity: 40 acquisitions in 2020, a downtown Dallas HQ move, and new sales placement set to exceed $7 billion.
