Trez Capital Announces New Co‑CEO and More C‑Suite Moves

Fintech veteran John Maragliano joins current chief executive John D. Hutchinson in the co-CEO roles, the investment firm announced. Founded in 1997, Trez Capital offers private and institutional investors strategies to invest in a variety of opportunistic, fully secured mortgage investment funds, syndication offerings, and real estate joint-venture investments.

According to Applied Digital, the investment validates its innovation in the accelerated compute space and will fuel its expansion of data center and GPU cloud solutions. Its current projects include its build-out of "one of the world’s largest data centers" and development of an additional 300MW of data center capacity, the company said.
