Romanowski, has been promoted to president and CEO, replacing David V. Auld, who will transition to executive vice chair of the board.
Residential homebuilder Landsea Homes announced that it's moving its corporate headquarters from Newport Beach, California, to 17Seventeen McKinney in Uptown Dallas. "As a national publicly traded homebuilder with communities from California to Florida, this is a strategic move in the best interests of our shareholders," said CEO and director John Ho.
Dallas-based Invitation Homes is teaming up with Boston property investment firm Rockpoint Group to buy and renovate expensive single-family homes for rental.
