It plans to delist from the AIM market and list on Nasdaq via a SPAC merger, operating as Spectral AI. The company’s AI-enabled FDA Breakthrough Designated DeepView platform uses AI algorithms and "difficult-to-duplicate" imaging technology to provide healing assessments.
