‘Sustainable Paint’: Irving-Based Celanese Partners with Canada’s Cloverdale Paint on Carbon Capture-Based Emulsions

Celanese said it has commercialized an approach for converting waste emissions into renewable feedstocks via industrial CO2 emissions that would otherwise be emitted into the atmosphere. Its partnership with Cloverdale aims to leverage that tech to create "new-to-market sustainable paint solutions."

Plano-based JCPenney and New York’s SPARC Group—a joint venture of Authentic Brands Group, e-retailer Shein, and Simon Property Group—have formed a new company called Catalyst Brands.
The merger joins Authentic’s brands Aéropostale, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Lucky Brand, and Nautica with JCPenney and its exclusive private brands including Arizona, Stafford, and Liz Claiborne, the companies said....
Plano-based tech company Tyler Technologies has announced changes to its executive leadership team, including new chief marketing, chief legal, and chief administrative officers and its first-ever chief client officer.
Tyler, which provides integrated software and technology services for the public sector, said the C-suite updates reflect “its ongoing commitment to innovation and growth.”...
