Led by Irving's Fluor Corporation in a joint venture with Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, the 10-mile-long TxDOT project included the reconstruction and widening of lanes on I-35E between U.S. 67 and I-30 and on U.S. 67 between I-20 and I-35E.
