$5.3B U.K. Cybersecurity Co. Darktrace Opens North Texas Office, Names New U.S. Execs

Acquired last year by Chicago's Thoma Bravo for $5.3 billion, Darktrace was co-founded by British tech tycoon Mike Lynch and former U.K. intelligence officials. Lynch died last summer when his superyacht Bayesian sank in a storm off the coast of Sicily.
