"We developed the Diamond Edition Cobra by starting with the question, 'What car would Carroll [Shelby] build with today's technology?'" said CEO Jeff Stone of Flower Mound's Classic Recreations. Eight race cars out of the limited edition of 10 are on sale for $1.2 million each, described as "a piece of motorsports history and high-performance art wrapped in carbon fiber."
