Michael Turner joins the aerospace-focused firm after the company successfully emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in January. The restructuring significantly reduced the company’s debt, brought in new institutional ownership, and led to a restructured board of directors—now chaired by former Home Depot and Chrysler CEO Robert Nardelli.
