On Oct. 1, City CU's David Frith will replace President and CEO Sharon Scearce. Under her leadership, City CU grew to over $650 million in assets, expanded its field of membership, enhanced the products and services portfolio, added memberships, grew loans, and achieved numerous awards for member and employee satisfaction, the credit union said.
