The new center at Bridge Labs will train the workforce powering North Texas’ biotech boom—helping startups speed therapies, vaccines, and breakthrough biologics from lab bench to patients. Funded in part by Lyda Hill Philanthropies, the National Center for Therapeutics Manufacturing Satellite Campus is set to open this summer.

According to an economic impact report by The Perryman Group, the 26-acre Pegasus Park campus, once fully built out under its master plan, is projected to generate $1.9 billion in annual gross product and create over 15,000 jobs.
Bridge Labs, the latest addition to the Pegasus Park campus, is designed to provide high-quality, flexible lab and office space for growth-stage biotech companies. "It's one-of-a-kind in the region," said Nicole Small, CEO of Lyda Hill Philanthropies.

$32M Pegasus Park ‘Bridge Labs’ Expansion to Get Start Next Month

Last month we told you about Bridge Labs, a $32 million, 135,000-square-foot lab and office expansion that was potentially coming to the Biotech+ Hub at Pegasus Park. Planning documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation now show that potential will become reality next month, when construction on the project is slated to begin. According to marketing materials, Bridge Labs will offer “best-in-class” purpose-built shell lab space plus spec suites ranging from 4,526 square feet to 7,722 square feet.
