Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church's Horizon Outreach Fund focuses grantmaking on bringing about "systemic changes to some of Dallas’s most pervasive challenges." The fund is fueled entirely by income the church receives from leasing land to the Lincoln Property Group.

The Dallas Foundation—the first community foundation in Texas—says it awarded over $1.3 million in Community Impact Fund Grants in 2021. The grants were given to 25 local organizations and initiatives that are "driving meaningful results for children and families."
"Each of these awards represents an investment in some of Dallas’ most important needs and most impactful organizations," said Matthew Randazzo, the foundation's president and CEO.
