The Senske Family of Companies, a provider of lawn and pest control services across North America, has opened its new Texas headquarters office in Dallas’ Cypress Waters business development.
The company’s innovations include solar panel bird-proofing services and digital tools like Senske’s pest monitoring system, which uses sensors to detect pest activity and provides homeowner with real-time alerts.
“Texas has become a key growth market for us, and this new office is a testament to our vision for the future,” Casey Taylor, CEO of Senske Family of Companies (SFC) said in a statement. “We’re excited to bring more jobs, innovation, and high-quality service to the area. Dallas-Fort Worth’s dynamic business environment makes it the perfect place for our continued expansion.”
Texas HQ can accommodate up to 180 employees
The Kennewick, Washington-based company said its “state-of-the-art” facility at 3300 Olympus Blvd. is designed to support its rapid expansion and can accommodate up to 180 employees. SFC said it’s committed to long-term growth in Texas with a 10-year lease.
SFC said the new headquarters represents a significant step forward for the company as it scales operations, strengthens its national presence, and invests in top-tier talent.
The company new office is designed to foster collaboration and innovation, ensuring SFC’s teams have the resources and space they need to deliver best-in-class service to customers nationwide.
Coppell Chamber leader lauds new HQ
Cypress Waters is situated in Northwest Dallas but bordered to the west and north by the city of Coppell. Due to shared amenities and school district boundaries, Cypress Waters is closely associated with Coppell and shares significant ties with the city.

The company said it has completed 19 acquisitions and serves customers in 16 U.S. states as well as Canada.
