Schumacher Electric Partners with GreenMarbles on EV Charger Products

GreenMarbles will be a wholesale distributor and will supply Fort Worth-based Schumacher's EV Series chargers to builders, solar, and utility companies and also serve as its premier installation partner for residential and commercial needs. Schumacher said the partnership comes on the heels of the recent launch of its new EV Level 2 Charger.

Schumacher Electric Corp., a Fort Worth-based leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of power conversion products, announced a partnership with California-based GreenMarbles to use its top-of-the-line EV Series products.

According to Schumacher, GreenMarbles will be a wholesale distributor and will supply Schumacher EV Series chargers to builders, solar, and utility companies and also serve as its premier installation partner for residential and commercial needs.

“With the electric vehicle market rapidly growing, Schumacher has been working to leverage our 75-year legacy of manufacturing power conversion products to become a leader in EV chargers and EV charging technology,” Mickey Leech, chief executive officer at Schumacher Electric, said in a statement. “Partnering with GreenMarbles is the next step in that journey.”

The company said the partnership follows its recent launch of the new EV Level 2 Charger in 2022.

The new model delivers up to 50 amps, operates on 240 Volts, and is one of the most powerful chargers on the market. It offers the convenience of greater charging speed, adding up to 60 miles of range per hour, and offering both hardwired and plug-and-go options.

Partnership powers expansion in key markets

Schumacher said that with GreenMarbles’ services, they will be able to take the EV Series products to new heights, increasing distribution in key markets and efficiently installing them in residential homes and commercial buildings nationwide.

GreenMarbles is well suited to help Schumacher bring its EV Series products to the forefront of the industry because it is a leading nationwide enterprise sustainable solutions integrator for the EV charging market, Schumacher said.

Schumacher can make connections with key wholesale markets and residential customers via GreenMarbles’ extensive client relationships with utility and retail companies, builders and developers, small and medium-sized businesses, and commercial and multifamily properties.

Shantel Bill, chief strategy officer at Schumacher Electric said the partnership should help it expand.

“Whether for a singular residential EV enthusiast or a massive commercial development company, we believe that our partnership with GreenMarbles is the clear choice for us to expand the reach of our EV Series products to consumers and all commercial customers, no matter the size of the business,” Bill said in a statement.
