Veteran consumer health executive Lisa Paley has been appointed chief executive officer of Irving-based Revision Skincare, bringing nearly 30 years of experience leading major global brands at Haleon, GSK, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson.
Paley most recently served as president of North America at Haleon, the world’s largest consumer health company. Based in England, Haleon was spun off from GSK in 2022 in a multibillion-dollar move that listed the company on both the NYSE and FTSE. Paley helped lead the transition as a founding member of Haleon’s executive team.
“I’m honored to join Revision Skincare as CEO at such an exciting time in the beauty industry, when we’re seeing consumer health and beauty trends converge in new ways,” Paley said in a statement.
She said Revision’s foundation in science and results gives it an edge in a crowded market. “My goal is to extend our impact while staying true to our mission of delivering trusted, physician-dispensed skincare,” Paley added.
Revision Skincare, known for its professional-grade products and distribution through physicians, is backed by San Francisco-based private equity firm Gryphon Investors. The firm said Paley’s appointment is part of a broader effort to scale the company’s reach in the U.S. and globally.
“Lisa’s extensive experience building science-backed brands across the consumer health, wellness, and beauty spectrum makes her the ideal leader to accelerate our business,” said Matt Farron, partner and co-head of Gryphon’s Consumer Group.
He cited her track record leading category growth, scaling innovation, and building high-performance teams. “We’re thrilled to welcome Lisa to lead Revision Skincare’s next chapter,” he said.
Paley brings a strong track record of driving innovation, including work in AI-driven marketing, e-commerce, and organizational transformation—experience the company expects will guide its next phase of growth.
Before joining Haleon, Paley led GSK Consumer Healthcare in North America—a joint venture with Pfizer—where she helped drive category-leading performance across its portfolio. Earlier in her career, she served as president of North America at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, overseeing operations in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. She also held senior sales leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and began her career as a CPA at Deloitte.
