Regions Bank Promotes Leader as Regional Executive for Private Wealth Management in Texas

In her expanded role, Connie Rogers will lead a team of advisors providing custom-tailored investment services and financial guidance across key Texas markets, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston.

Regions Bank has elevated Connie Rogers to serve as private wealth management regional executive for Texas, the company announced Thursday.

In her expanded leadership role, Rogers will lead a team of advisors providing custom-tailored investment services and financial guidance to clients across markets including Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Tyler, Lufkin, and more, according to the announcement.

The bank said Rogers most recently served as Regions’ area wealth manager for North and East Texas. Her promotion comes as Texas continues to be one of the fastest-growing economies in the country.

Leslie Carter-Prall, head of Regions Private Wealth Management, said Rogers is a “seasoned leader who is deeply committed to delivering the attention to detail and tailored insights our clients value as we work to help them build, protect, and preserve their wealth.”

Carter-Prall added that Rogers believes in the power of providing a superior client experience, aligning with Regions’ relationship-based approach.

Held previous roles at BBVA and Wells Fargo Private Bank

According to the announcement, Rogers brings more than 25 years of experience in wealth management and trust to her new role. Prior to joining Regions, she served as wealth management market executive for BBVA in Dallas and as a regional investment and fiduciary manager for Wells Fargo Private Bank. The company noted that Rogers is a Certified Investment Management Analyst.

In a statement, Rogers emphasized Regions’ ability to serve a diverse range of clients, from individuals and couples planning for retirement to women clients seeking support along their financial journeys, and those interested in philanthropy.

“Our connection to service is rooted in deep relationships with our clients,” Rogers said. “We prioritize listening first—and then providing tailored guidance and solutions designed to help clients reach their financial goals.”

The bank also announced that Chris Cooper will continue to serve as the regional wealth leader for Houston, Austin, and other areas across Southeast Texas, reporting to Rogers. Together, Rogers, Cooper, and their teams will work alongside other Regions colleagues in consumer banking, commercial banking, mortgage banking, and other groups to deliver Regions360 solutions for clients.

Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE:RF), with $155 billion in assets, is a member of the S&P 500 Index and one of the nation’s largest full-service providers of consumer and commercial banking, wealth management, and mortgage products and services, according to the company. Regions serves customers across the South, Midwest, and Texas, operating approximately 1,250 banking offices and more than 2,000 ATMs through its subsidiary, Regions Bank.
