Prolucent Adds Two Strategic Hires for Market Expansion and Driving Sales Growth

Jason Phibbs has joined Prolucent as vice president of growth, and Darryl Green will be serving as senior director of sales.

Prolucent, a Dallas-based provider of enterprise-wide healthcare workforce optimization software and services, has made two strategic hires to accelerate its market expansion and drive sales growth.

The company said that Phibbs brings significant executive healthcare leadership experience to his new role, with success building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing cultural transformation strategies.

Before joining Prolucent, he was market VP of strategy & growth for Press Ganey, where he was responsible for client-facing strategy and driving business development and partnership initiatives for health systems across the U.S. During his five-year tenure with Press Ganey, Phibbs was responsible for leading sales and client management teams, driving extensive revenue growth, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships with health system executive teams.

Previously, Phibbs held executive positions at TriHealth and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, leading patient experience initiatives and fostering change management.

Green comes to Prolucent as a senior business development and sales executive with a wealth of experience driving growth and profitability in large-scale healthcare organizations. Most recently, he was VP of strategic sales at Adaptive Workforce Solutions. Green developed and implemented comprehensive sales strategies that expanded the company’s client base and increased revenue.

Previously, he held executive roles at Favorite Healthcare Staffing and Cross Country Healthcare, where he successfully built high-value relationships with C-level executives and optimized workforce management operations. During Green’s 14-year tenure at AMN Healthcare, he served in senior sales and marketing positions that contributed significantly to expanding the company’s market presence and growth initiatives.
