Dallas is the first and only testing market for Kazzam the newest online party planning platform by Party City.
The online platform from the New Jersey-based party supply chain lets you pick and choose activities and themes in order to create a personalized celebration. Everything ends up on one bill and Kazzam delivers the items to your door.
“Until now, throwing a great party took way too much time and energy,” said Jerry Stone, CEO of Kazzam LLC and Ampology LLC, a business-building company that designed, built, and launched Kazzam.com in partnership with Party City, in a statement.
“We’re not just giving people a slice of cake — we are giving them the entire cake.”

The party providers, referred to as Kazzamers, are the ones behind the scene making sure everything is going off without a hitch. Kazzamers include party planning professionals, entertainment providers, and the customer care team. Kazzam offers marketing, scheduling, customer care, and accounting to its providers so they can focus on what they do best.
“We’re not just giving people a slice of cake — we are giving them the entire cake. Kazzam is a stress-saver for parents, a growth opportunity for suppliers, and it’s backed by the ultimate leader in parties — Party City,” Stone said.
It’s not the only digital event planning tool that’s moved into Dallas. In October, Chicago startup PartySlate, selected Dallas as its third market noting the area’s “strong event professional community.”
