Application No., Date, Speed: 18196738 on 05/12/2023 (963 days app to issue)
Abstract: Uniform and location patterned drug release can be achieved via microchannel(s) embedded in a drug dispensing ophthalmic device. At least one reservoir can be encapsulated within the ophthalmic device at a discrete location to hold an amount of a drug. Each reservoir can be covered by an electrode that electrodissolves to release the drug. At least one microchannel having a length and holding at least water is encapsulated in the ophthalmic device between the reservoir and the side of the ophthalmic device facing the eye. After release from the reservoir, the drug spreads through an entirety of the length of the microchannel due to a capillary force inside the microchannel and a diffusion coefficient of the drug in the water. The amount of the drug diffuses from a plurality of locations along the entirety of the length of the microchannel.

Apparatus utilizing electric energy for processing of blood to neutralize pathogen cells therein
Patent No. 12508355
Inventor(s): Dale B. Nixon (Dallas, TX)
Assignee(s): UNASSIGNED
Law Firm: No Counsel
Application No., Date, Speed: 17814543 on 07/25/2022 (1254 days app to issue)
Abstract: An operational unit for locating and neutralizing pathogen cells in blood. A cassette has a plurality of thin holding chambers that are filled with blood drawn from a patient. A light source illuminates each of the holding chambers and passes light to an underlying sensor array such that the cells in the blood produce shadow images of the cells in the sensor array. A processor performs pattern recognition to identify and locate the pathogen cells by use of an image library. After the pathogen cells are located, the pump is operated to move the identified cells to a processing zone. When each identified cell reaches the processing zone, electric energy is applied to destroy the identified pathogen cells. A pump refills the cassette holding chambers, returns the neutralized-pathogen blood to the patient, and the process is repeated for a treatment time period.

Application No., Date, Speed: 19191758 on 04/28/2025 (246 days app to issue)
Abstract: A bond-log interpretation system, apparatus, and computer-implemented method are disclosed. The system ingests a cement-bond log (CBL) containing variable-density log (VDL) data and at least one secondary data track (SDT). A processing core, coupled to toggleable lithology, casing-tally, cementing-data, and prior-CBL libraries, first executes a VDL-only assessment at each depth to flag possible discontinuities. For every flagged depth, the core correlates the concurrent SDT data with selected library information to confirm or clear the discontinuity, delineate imperfect intervals, and identify probable causes. Results are synthesized into an annotated integrity report that includes audit-trail metadata listing which libraries were enabled. In a multi-well deployment, multiple field units synchronize their libraries with a central repository over a secure network, allowing real-time, parallel analysis and fleet-wide visualization. The modular architecture permits on-the-fly enabling, disabling, and versioning of libraries while maintaining a single interpretation engine adaptable to diverse tools and formations.

Based on the selected training resources, the risk-sensitive code generation computing system modifies training of a trained neural network model. The modified trained neural network model generates a risk-sensitive code data object based on the requested code section and the risk level data. The risk-sensitive code generation computing system provides at least a portion of the risk-sensitive code data object to an additional computing system.
