Method of operation utilizing electric field for processing of blood to neutralize pathogen cells therein
Patent No. 12544497
Inventor(s): Dale B. Nixon (Dallas, TX)
Assignee(s): UNASSIGNED
Law Firm: No Counsel
Application No., Date, Speed: 17814541 on 07/25/2022 (1296 days app to issue)
Abstract: An operational unit for locating and neutralizing pathogen cells in blood includes a time use cassette which has a plurality of thin holding chambers that are filled with blood drawn from a patient. A light source illuminates each of the holding chambers and passes light to an underlying sensor array such that the cells in the blood selectively block the light to produce shadow images of the cells in the sensor array. A processor performs pattern recognition to identify and locate the pathogen cells by use of an image library. After the pathogen cells are located, an electric field is activated in the cassette chamber areas that include the identified pathogen cells. Sufficient electric field energy is applied to destroy the identified pathogen cells. A pump refills the cassette holding chambers, returns the neutralized-pathogen blood to the patient, and the process is repeated for a period of time.

The packer assembly can include a first and second sealing element with a spacer located between. The spacer can be made from a deformable material such that during mechanical or hydraulic actuation of the sealing elements, the spacer expands to make contact with the inside of the tubing string and keeps at least a portion of the inside edges of the sealing elements separated. The deformable spacer can reduce the amount of elongation strain the sealing elements commonly encounter at the vicinity of current metal spacer designs during setting below a value that would cause a loss of structural integrity to the sealing elements.

Application No., Date, Speed: 18500955 on 11/02/2023 (831 days app to issue)
Abstract: A computer navigation system that represents categories and sub-categories of material with functionally labeled objects connected in a hierarchical organization. Descending nodes represent more detailed subsets of material. Hovering the computer mouse over a node displays thumbnails of the items available under it, enabling the user to search for items without opening the respective pages, transforming a literal or verbal data filing and retrieval process into a more intuitive and easy to use visual one. Once the user hovers the computer mouse over the node with the desired item and sees its thumbnail the user clicks on the node, opening the screen from which the user can access that item (or upload a similar one), or clicks on the thumbnail to access the item directly. In addition, the system employs algorithms to group items into various categories and sub-categories and assigns them to the appropriate nodes.

Law Firm: Banner Witcoff, Ltd. (3 non-local offices)
Application No., Date, Speed: 18444942 on 02/19/2024 (722 days app to issue)
Abstract: A known-deployed file metadata repository (KDFMR) and analysis engine enumerates reference lists of files stored on a software delivery point (SDP) and compares the enumerated list of files and associated metadata to previously stored values in the KDFMR. If newly stored or modified files are identified, the analysis engine acquires the files from the SDP. Each file is analyzed to determine whether the file is an atomic file or a container file and metadata is generated or extracted. Each file stored in a container file is recursively extracted and analyzed, where metadata is generated for each extracted file and each container file. The KDFMR periodically analyzes the files stored on the SDP for differences to maintain the currency of the KDFMR data with respect to files stored on the SDP. Storage or modification of files on the SDP triggers analysis of the associated file. KDFMR data is updated with metadata determined based on sandbox detonation of files and/or identified artifacts of known-deployed files.

Abstract: According to an embodiment, a phased-locked loop (PLL) circuit, within a gyroscope system, generates demodulation signals. It includes a phase frequency detector receiving gyroscope output, which compares a reference signal with a feedback signal to produce an error signal. A charge pump then converts this error into a first analog control signal. A programmable clamp circuit refines this into a second analog control signal. A voltage-controlled oscillator uses the second signal to produce an output signal at a controlled frequency determined by the clamp circuit. A frequency divider sends a comparison frequency signal back to the detector, completing the loop.

By utilizing the N3IWF/TNGF functionality, but replacing the Access Point with a secure tactical network, UEs can securely reach back to the 5G Core Network with greatly reduced overhead. The UE”s communication remains robust even in the presence of reduced spectrum availability and/or intentional jamming by an enemy actor by using secure tactical networks and radios in a contested environment.
