Experts in master planning and infrastructure design

USA Engineers (formerly known as USA Professional Services Group, Inc.) brings decades of experience delivering civil engineering, surveying, and infrastructure solutions for municipalities, developers, and private-sector clients. The firm has an extensive track record supporting large master-planned communities, residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and infrastructure projects throughout North Texas, often maintaining client relationships that span decades and multiple project phases, the company said.

Headquartered in Dallas, USA Engineers will continue to operate under its established name and provide uninterrupted service to existing clients, while benefiting from expanded resources and cross-disciplinary collaboration. The firm’s experience includes master planning and infrastructure design for multi-phase residential communities, transportation and roadway improvements, water and wastewater systems, and surveying services supporting everything from 40-foot-wide urban lots to large-acreage developments across North Texas.

USA Engineers has used its expertise to support notable developments across the area, including long-term work in communities such as Windmill Farms in Forney, Polo Ridge in Mesquite, Meadow Ridge Farm and Prestwick Grove in Frisco, Robson Ranch in Denton, as well as ongoing civil engineering and surveying efforts for major residential builders and mixed-use projects throughout the region.

Through their partnership, USA Engineers and Masterplan Consultants will operate side-by-side to provide comprehensive services supporting the development lifecycle, from early planning and feasibility through design, surveying, and construction support. The collaboration is intended to streamline coordination, shorten delivery timelines, and create a single trusted team for clients navigating complex infrastructure and development needs, the company said.
