China-based commercial and outdoor lighting manufacturer Ledsion Lighting has rapidly established a U.S. headquarters and regional distribution center in the Lake Highlands area of northeast Dallas, leasing 25,730 square feet of office/warehouse space to facilitate a quick move.
“We met our client’s relocation deadline despite the limited options in the market,” Joe Santaularia, senior vice president and managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, said in a statement. Bradford served as the tenant representative.
The new base is at 9244 Markville Drive in Dallas in a one-story building at Medisend College of Biomedical Engineering Technology. The location is near Greenville Avenue and LBJ Freeway.
The company said the move was made in conjunction with a lease expiration in the Regal Row Design District.
“Ledsion reached out to Bradford just two months before its lease expired,” Santaularia said. “It all worked out, but I definitely had to work quickly.”
The facility is class B office/warehouse space with a 16-foot clear height and three loading docks and is attached to Medisend College, which has owned the 61,604-sf project since 2005.
Collin Rock of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas represented the facility’s landlord.
Ledsion has three distribution centers across the county, including the new one in Lake Highlands.
Shenzhen, China-based Ledsion makes and sells commercial LED lighting products. It also has a headquarters in Canada and a factory in Guangdong, China.
