The global professional services firm recently relocated its HQ from Irvine, California, to Dallas. Roger Carlile, founder of Ankura Consulting Group, takes the helm as Kate Duchene moves from the role of president, CEO, and board member to executive advisor through Jan. 3.

Formerly known as ParkHub, the parking tech company said its new 12,499 square-foot HQ will be home to its 60-plus Dallas-based employees. The HQ provides room for continued growth following several recent acquisitions, including parking management software company Oobeo.
