Jamba Inc., the Frisco-based operator of the Jamba Juice brand of stores is introducing two watermelon smoothies that add collagen to the company’s boost menu to promote healthier skin and joints.

Called the Poolside Fit and the Watermelon Breeze, the drinks contain the protein that is touted to have many health benefits and has been widely used as a cosmetics supplement in the beauty industry.

Jamba said in a release that now it’s becoming popular as a consumable supplement.

“It’s a simple way to add even more benefit to your favorite smoothie.”
