Immersive Experience Bubble Planet Is Coming to Grapevine Mills This Fall

Bubble Planet is an immersive sensory experience spanning a dozen rooms, all filled with vibrant colors, interactive installations, and larger-than-life bubbles for guests to navigate and explore.

A new immersive sensory experience is slated to open this fall at Grapevine Mills, a 180-store shopping mall in Grapevine. Bubble Planet will feature a dozen rooms for guests to journey through, all filled with vibrant colors, interactive installations, and—no surprise here—larger-than-life bubbles.

“Bubble Planet brings a sense of wonder and delight that fits beautifully in Grapevine,” Mayor William D. Tate said in a statement. “As Grapevine Mills continues to grow with imaginative and family-friendly attractions, this addition makes an already dynamic destination even more inviting and will help visitors from near and far create even more lasting memories.”

Grapevine Mills is known for its innovative, experiential offerings, including Meow Wolf’s The Real Unreal, a 30-room ““multidimensional art” exhibition.

The mall’s owner, Simon Property Group, said that Bubble Planet’s 12 rooms will include including attractions such as the Hanging Balloons Room and the Kaleidoscope Room. The Bubble Planet adventure combines “stunning landscapes, cutting-edge technology, fascinating illusions,” and of course, plenty of bubbles, Simon said.

“Grapevine Mills continues to set itself apart as a world-class destination for shopping and entertainment, recently earning recognition as one of the Top 10 Malls in America by USA Today readers.” Paul W. McCallum, executive director of Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau, said in a statement. “Bubble Planet brings fresh energy and imagination with its immersive, whimsical experience—one more reason visitors choose Grapevine when looking to spend meaningful time with friends and family.”

Simon said the experience is suitable for all ages. Once the attraction opens, tickets will be available for purchase at bubble-planet.com, starting at $18.90 for adults and $13.90 for children. VIP tickets will also be available, Simon said.
