Sevan Multi-Site Solutions—an Illinois-based national leader in program management, design, construction, and site development—has expanded its U.S. footprint with two new centers of excellence (COE) in Plano and in Bentonville, Arkansas. The new offices strengthen Sevan’s ability to support large-scale, multi-site programs “with deeper client engagement and increased regional expertise,” the company said.
Sevan is focused on key sectors including restaurants and retail, healthcare and pharmacy, and grocery, convenience stores, housing, and government. The Dallas-area office in Plano will serve as the firm’s COE for restaurant and construction services, while the Bentonville office will lead Sevan’s work with retail and grocery clients.
Together, the two offices aim to bring Sevan’s integrated services closer to key markets—”accelerating delivery, reducing cycle times, and supporting teams on the ground,” the company said.
Sevan CEO Jim Evans said the new offices “strengthen Sevan’s ability to deliver best-in-class solutions to our clients across multiple sectors.”
“By strategically expanding our footprint in Bentonville and Dallas, we’re positioning our teams closer to where our clients are growing—enhancing collaboration, innovation, and responsiveness,” he added in a statement.
Dallas-area team includes 45-plus employees
Sevan said its Plano office is led by Joe Collins, SVP of the company’s restaurant sector, and Tim Siefker, VP of operations.
The Dallas-area team includes more than 45 Sevan employees and continues to grow, Sevan said. The Plano office houses leadership in Construction Services and Estimating and is home to Sevan’s Project Engineer Development Program—a pipeline for future talent that offers hands-on experience in both estimating and field execution. With high demand and active hiring, the Dallas location is said to be “already nearing capacity.”
Sevan said it has delivered more than $1 billion annually in multi-site remodels, new builds, and rebrands nationwide.
