Arvato—a global 3PL service provider headquartered in Germany that specializes in supply chain management and data center logistics—is growing its data center services footprint in the U.S. with a new logistics hub in Denton. The facility will be designed for a scalable, high-security infrastructure network that supports cloud computing and AI-driven growth. 

The U.S. remains at the forefront of global AI innovation and hyperscale data center development, Arvato said. Large-scale investments in GPU infrastructure and cloud capacity are accelerating deployment cycles and boosting demand for secure, scalable, and highly specialized logistics solutions. With the new Denton site, Arvato aims to “significantly increase” its operational capacity to support hyperscalers, cloud providers, and AI infrastructure companies across North America.

More on the Denton facility

At around 270,000 square feet, Avato’s Denton  facility will have an initial 150,000 square feet allocated for operations and substantial room for future expansion. Located with direct access to Interstate 35 and about 40 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the site is strategically positioned to serve one of the most dynamic data center markets in the U.S.

From the new location, Arvato said it can manage inbound and outbound flows of sensitive hardware, coordinate complex white-glove deliveries into active and under-construction data centers, and offer high-security warehousing and specialized handling services. The infrastructure is engineered for the highest standards of security, scalability, and operational excellence, empowering rapid and reliable deployment of critical technology components, the company said. 

Arvato has already launched operations for its first client at the new site, highlighting the strong market demand and the strategic importance of the expansion.
