Calling all innovators, entrepreneurs, and business leaders: Dallas Startup Week is finally upon us. And here’s your guide to catching it all.
The DEC Network’s annual flagship event—sponsored by Capital One—had its kickoff party Sunday at The Star in Frisco. Events and sessions begin today and run through Thursday, August 11, both online and in person at SMU’s Cox School of Business. Registration is free and available here.
“Startup businesses have the potential to create lasting change in their communities,” said Sanjiv Yajnik, president of financial services at Capital One. “By working with The DEC Network to bring Dallas Startup Week to life, we hope to help advance socioeconomic mobility and enable more entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams.”
Innovative leaders gather to support the startup community
Dallas Startup Week brings innovative leaders together to support the growth and success of the startup community—and that creates the potential for partnerships, said Lisa Tran, SMU Cox Managing Director of Corporate Engagement & Strategic Partnerships.
