Value Creed appoints Kanthadai to vice president post
Value Creed, a Dallas managed services firm specializing in commodity trading and risk management, has appointed Raja Kanthadai as vice president of Run Smart Managed Services.
Kanthadai is expected to lead the growth of Value Creed’s Run Smart managed service model that helps corporations using the Allegro platform worldwide.
In his new position, Kanthadai will focus on innovating the Run Smart managed services approach, according to a statement. His work will include the development of technological enhancements and automations delivered with minimal disruption to Allegro users.
Miranda joins Catapult Health as chief revenue officer
Jorge Miranda has joined Catapult Health, a Dallas-based provider of onsite preventive health checkups, as its chief revenue officer.
Miranda’s responsibilities are expected to include leading the sales team, expanding Catapult’s sales efforts, and contributing to the company’s marketing and business strategies, according to a statement.
Miranda has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including roles with WebMD, IBM Watson Health, and Lightbeam Health Solutions.
Sendero announces two principal promotions
Dallas-based management consulting firm Sendero announced the promotion of Amy Goad to principal in its Dallas office.
Sendero provides strategic planning, technology enablement, and organizational effectiveness solutions.
Goad joined Sendero as an associate in 2011, and during her time with the firm, she has developed experience in strategic outsourcing, portfolio and program management, infrastructure project management, IT strategy, vendor selection, and IT operations support, according to a statement.
Sendero also announced the promotion of Jay Jayasuriya to principal in its Houston office. Jayasuriya joined Sendero as a senior manager in the Houston office in 2015.
Method Architecture hires Margotta to lead business development
Joni Margotta has been hired as the new director of business development at Method Architecture, a commercial architecture and interior design firm in Dallas.
In her new role, Margotta will lead the firm’s business development and outreach efforts as well as community relations in all of its Texas markets, according to a statement. She has 15 years of experience in business and marketing in the commercial real estate sector.
Margotta was most recently the business development leader for Stantec’s Texas region.
Sundt adds two professionals to its Fort Worth office
Sundt Construction, Inc. announced Maria Luna and Ryan Cardinale have joined its Fort Worth office.
Luna will be a senior project engineer on Sundt’s Southeast Arlington Recreation Center project, according to a statement. She has prior experience as a project engineer in California, South Carolina, Arizona, and Texas.
Cardinale is expected to join the Denton County Administration Complex Phase III team as a superintendent. Cardinale has been in the construction industry for over 10 years and holds both OSHA 30 and 10 certifications.
Godsey joins Alliant’s Dallas office
Property and casualty insurance specialist Geoff Godsey has joined California-based insurer Alliant. He will operate from its Dallas office.
Godsey will provide a full range of risk and insurance solutions to Alliant’s regional client base as the company continues to work to strengthen its position in the Southwest region, according to a statement.
Prior to joining Alliant, Godsey was a commercial producer with a large regional insurance brokerage firm. He had a 10-year career as a professional cyclist, competing in both domestic and international competitions.
Goodnight Midstream names Daitch as new CFO
Ben Daitch has joined Goodnight Midstream LLC, a Dallas-based oilfield water midstream company, as its chief financial officer.
Daitch is a financial professional with more than 25 years of experience and an extensive background in the energy industry.
Most recently, Daitch was chief financial officer of Paradigm Midstream where he was responsible for all aspects of finance, treasury, accounting, and human resources.
Bernhardt named vice president, senior general manager at JLL
Adam Bernhardt has taken on the new role of vice president senior general manager at JLL in Dallas.
Bernhardt is responsible for all aspects of property management at Bank of America Plaza, the 1.8-million-square-foot Class AA office tower in downtown Dallas, according to a statement.
His primary responsibilities include building operations, budgeting, capital project management, lease administration, security, life safety systems, elevators, and more.
