Healthcare Tech Solutions Startup Altysys Names Chairman of Advisory Board

Arjun Malhotra has been a prominent figure in the Indian IT entrepreneurial scene and is widely known for his instrumental role in co-founding the HCL Group in 1975.

India-based Altysys, a rapidly growing data and cloud-first startup with an office in Dallas, has appointed Arjun Malhotra as the chairman of its advisory board.

Altysys is a provider of healthcare technology consulting and solutions.

His vast expertise will undoubtedly steer Altysys towards unprecedented growth and success,” CEO Abhinav Mishra said in a statement. “With his guidance, we are poised to revolutionize healthcare technology services and deliver innovative solutions that will transform the industry and positively impact countless lives.”

Malhotra has been a prominent figure in the Indian IT entrepreneurial scene and is widely known for his instrumental role in co-founding the HCL Group in 1975.

After his career in HCL, Malhotra successfully built and exited companies such as TechSpan and Headstrong.

He has helped build several organizations worldwide as well as well-known institutions such as ISB, Hyderabad and IIT (Kharagpur) Foundation.

Altysys said his contributions to the Indian IT industry have been recognized with several distinguished awards, including the Albert Einstein Technology Medal in 2001 and the DQ Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018.
