Industry veteran Rick Crutchley has been appointed as chief operating officer of Dallas-based Stream Data Centers, a leader in the design, development, and operation of world-class data centers.
Crutchley brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the data center industry from roles across operations, service delivery, and sales. Most recently, he was vice president and general manager for Iron Mountain Data Centers.

Stream said that Crutchley is known for leading innovative strategies that drive customer satisfaction, critical partnerships, and profitability while leading teams as they solve complex customer challenges. It said he has deep expertise in operations, sales, and data center management, and is recognized for helping companies achieve revenue growth and create operational efficiencies.

Crutchley will use his expertise to oversee the strategic direction and execution of Stream’s facility operations, physical security, health and safety, and portfolio management. Stream said he will ensure streamlined processes and efficient resource management while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
