Dallas Startup Week 2017: Day 3 Roundup

DSW2017 runs through April 7.

We’re already half way through DSW2017, but there’s still a lot more to come over the next couple of days.

The Chase Basecamp has been buzzing like a hive full of bees. Stationed on the 19th floor at St. Paul Place in downtown Dallas, attendees can attend sessions, try out VR, grab snacks, network with other entrepreneurs, and try out coworking for free.

Thursday will be another full day of events, including The Pulse: Hospital Innovation and Startups at 8:30 a.m. at Health Wildcatters, 1910 Pacific Ave., Suite 20000, in Dallas, featuring Nick Reddy, chief digital officer and senior vice president of Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) and Justin Smith, director for Primary Care Innovation at Cook Children’s Health Care System, with D CEO Senior Editor Matt Goodman as moderator.  Also, at 1:30 p.m., James Jayson will moderate Production Film, Video, and Music: Top Producers in the Industry; at 2 p.m., will be the Common Intellectual Property Issue in a Startup session moderated by attorney John Lindsay with speakers Cami Boyd and Gabriella Smith, both attorneys.

Tonight at 6:30, The DEC will be hosting the 4th Annual State of Entrepreneurship at The Bomb Factory at 2713 Canton St. in Dallas. We’ll be there and can’t wait to see you.
