Dallas-Based ParkHub Rebrands as JustPark Following 2024 U.K. Merger

While drivers everywhere look for a place to park, Dallas-based ParkHub aims to help them out by pulling into a new brand identity of its own. It's now known as JustPark, sharing the same name as the U.K. company it merged with across the pond.

Dallas-based parking software solutions provider ParkHub has adopted a new brand identity in the wake of its 2024 merger with U.K.-based JustPark. The new name it’s pulling into? JustPark.

A leading North American provider of event parking technology, ParkHub has rebranded as JustPark to align the trans-Atlantic parking platforms under a single identity.

The merger, which we wrote about in March 2024, aimed to create a full-service parking software and payments solution for customers across North America and the United Kingdom. As part of the transaction, ParkHub said it had secured a strategic growth investment led by FTV Capital with participation from existing investor LLR Partners. Terms of the merger and investment were not disclosed.

“Launching the JustPark brand into the U.S. is a key milestone in our growth journey from the U.K.’s favorite parking app to a global driving force that makes parking effortless and stress-free for people and businesses around the world,” ParkHub founder and president Anthony Eskinazi said in a statement.

A shared history of ‘disruption’

JustPark CEO Jeff Shanahan said both brands “have a proud history of disrupting the parking industry with exceptional customer experiences, live data-backed insights and a strong tech platform.”

“By uniting on our strengths,” he added in a statement, “we’re shaping a more powerful, futureproof business, one that evolves with our customers and continues to add value through innovative products, bespoke partnerships, and a consistent brand experience.”

Global expansion has followed the merger

Since the companies merged, the combination now known in totality as JustPark has been expanding globally.  In the U.S., JustPark U.K.’s reservations capability has been brough to some of North America’s largest venues, including Mercedes-Benz Stadium, The Greek Theatre, the Rose Bowl, and the Las Vegas Convention Center, the company said. Other partners range from airport parking reservations for Reno Tahoe’s International Airport to campus parking management at U.S. universities.

There are also plans to expand the U.S. event parking platform in the U.K., JustPark said.

Prior to the merger, JustPark had become “a household name” in the U.K., the company said, known for its ease of use and simplicity in enabling 14 million drivers to find, reserve, and pay for parking spaces “with the touch of a mobile screen.”

The company said its decision to rebrand the business as JustPark globally “reflects a commitment to building a fully integrated, internationally recognized brand that supports businesses and drivers across all their parking needs.”

‘A complete parking tech ecosystem’

ParkHub—now known as JustPark—was founded in Dallas in 2010 and brought to the merger a complete parking technology ecosystem to optimize revenue-driven parking operations, including facilitating payments and delivering real-time business insights for parking operators and venue management companies across North America. It serves some of the largest sports and entertainment venues, universities, municipalities, and commercial asset holders in the U.S.

Charley DeBow is the US, managing director for JustPark. DeBow is based in Philadelphia.
