Dallas-Based ParkHub Acquires NYC Valet Parking Solutions Co. ElimiWait

ParkHub said it will incorporate ElimiWait’s innovative valet management tools—including Valet Mate, a contactless, paperless end-to-end mobile valet solution, and a Request Ahead platform—into its suite of offerings.

Dallas-based parking software solutions provider ParkHub has acquired New York City-based ElimiWait, a software platform specializing in valet parking operations.

The acquisition comes in the wake of ParkHub’s March 2024 merger with JustPark, one of the United Kingdom’s leading app-based parking reservations technology and payments platforms.

ParkHub said its strategic acquisition of ElimiWait reinforces its position as “the most comprehensive parking solutions provider in North America” by incorporating ElimiWait’s innovative valet management tools into its suite of offerings.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“ElimiWait is a valuable addition to ParkHub’s suite of products,” ParkHub CEO Jeff Shanahan said in a statement. “This acquisition ensures we can meet our client’s demands for valet parking services within a fully integrated solution for managing their parking operations. Empowering operators to deliver exceptional customer service is central to our mission here at ParkHub and closely aligns with ElimiWait’s own objectives, making our partnership a natural fit.”

ElimiWait products include Valet Mate and Request Ahead

Founded in 2013 by Darren Weiss and Brett Weiss, ElimiWait has earned a reputation for delivering scalable, customer-centric, SaaS-based valet solutions, ParkHub said. ElimiWait’s flagship products include Valet Mate, a contactless, paperless end-to-end mobile valet solution, and Request Ahead, a request-for-your-vehicle platform.

ParkHub said that those solutions not only streamline valet operations, but also deliver actionable insights, enabling operators to optimize management decisions and improve operational performance.

“Joining ParkHub allows us to build on our commitment to delivering high-quality valet parking solutions,” Darren Weiss said in a statement. “Together, we are creating a comprehensive end-to-end ecosystem that enhances efficiency, elevates customer service, and supports data-driven decision-making for operators.”

ParkHub said that ElimiWait’s existing customers also will benefit from ParkHub’s extensive portfolio, which includes industry-leading parking management software, payments solutions, and real-time operational insights.

“ParkHub’s robust suite of parking solutions, customer-centric approach, and deep industry expertise make them the perfect partner for ElimiWait,” Brett Weiss said in a statement. “This collaboration complements our technology and expands its potential, enabling us to provide even greater value to operators and their customers. We are proud to join forces with ParkHub and look forward to the opportunities this partnership will bring.”

ParkHub said the acquisition builds on its recent strategic growth initiatives, including the acquisitions of Smarking, a parking software provider, and JustPark, the U.K.’s leading parking platform, in a merger that expanded ParkHub’s capabilities to include prepaid event parking reservations.
