Cybersecurity Company Netwrix Announces C‑Suite Moves

Frisco-based Netwrix has made four new executive appointments in its go-to-market leadership team, including two additions to its C-suite: Chief Revenue Officer Britt Norwood and Chief Marketing Officer John Knightly.

Frisco-based cybersecurity company Netwrix has made new executive appointments in its go-to-market leadership team, underscoring its commitment to expanding the company’s global presence, channel success, and product offering.

Britt Norwood joins the company as chief revenue officer and will lead all aspects of the company’s customer lifecycle approach. Norwood has more than 25 years of experience in technology sales, Britt held senior leadership roles at Trellix, McAfee, Salesforce, and Cisco, driving growth and customer success across global markets.

John Knightly assumes the role of chief marketing officer and will be responsible for driving Netwrix’s marketing strategy and execution. With more than 20 years of marketing experience, Knightly held marketing leadership roles with companies such as Zscaler, BlueJeans, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

“We’re thrilled to welcome such accomplished executives to the team,” Netwrix CEO Grady Summers said in a statement. “With more than 13,500 organizations in over 100 countries relying on our cybersecurity solutions, the global expertise of our new leaders will be instrumental in driving Netwrix’s continued success and growth together with our channel partners, who are the bedrock of our go-to-market strategy.”

In addition, Netwrix announced two other leadership moves:

Terry Burgess comes to Netwrix as vice president for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. He will focus on growing the company’s presence in that market. Before Netwrix, Burgess led sales organizations in APJ for companies such as SailPoint, Dell, and Attachmate / NetIQ.

Stuart Robson-Frisby is the new vice president of EMEA Channel. He will lead the expansion of Netwrix’s network of distributors and channel partners in the EMEA region providing the necessary framework for growth and scalability. Before Netwrix, Robson-Frisby led channel initiatives at Tanium and Ivanti.
